Garlic Honey

Freshly peeled garlic is sliced and dehydrated. The garlic chips are then infused into 100% Canadian honey the same day, yielding a sweet treat with a strong honey garlic flavour. Unlike most ‘honey garlic sauce’, this features no processed sugars, no thickeners or other difficult to pronounce ingredients. We only use honey and garlic, with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
