Habanada Honey

The Habanada is a Habanero pepper like no other, it has zero heat. None. Nada. We dried and infused them into 100% Canadian honey. The resulting honey has a fruity peppery flavour with no heat, accompanied by the strong floral notes in honey. It works wonders on pork chops and bbq, chicken and fish, but also makes a great secret ingredient for your baked goods, glazes, and pan sauces.
