Habanero Flakes

The Habanero is a very hot pepper, but it’s better known for its uniquely fruity and tropical flavour. We’ve dehydrated Habanero peppers and crushed them into pepper flakes. The flakes are a convenient way to add a punch of heat and habanero flavour to any of your sweet or savoury recipes. A few of us like to use this one at the table too, but it’s not for the faint of heart and should be used very sparingly.
